Returns/Refunds

Our return policy lasts for 7 days for any non-sale item(s). If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You may return any non-sale item ordered on our website within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date.

Returned items must be in their original condition. Must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received including the original packaging and plastic wrap as well as having all tags (if applicable) attached.  No smoke residue, body ash, hair product, perfume, lipstick, wine/beverage damage, pet dander, dirt, mud, makeup, lotion, oil(s), tanning product(s), blood, body oils/sweat, perfume, rips, tears, snags, missing embellishments, seam stress, discoloration, etc. 

Be sure to include your original invoice with your return.

On a case by case basis, a store credit may be issued, less shipping and or handling fees as well as a restocking charge.
