I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We do our ultra best to ship items as fast as is possible. Please allow 4-7 days production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times in the USA are 4-10 days when shipping is $10.50
Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at Jgerardcouture@jgerard.com. NOTE: Shipping times may be affected by the current Covid pandemic.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % store credit guarantee…THIS IS RARE: if the product is defective or damaged we will replace it ASAP NO PROB. UPON OPENING THE JGERARD PACKAGE, & you spot any kind of damage, YOU MUST TAKE SEVERAL IMAGES & IMMEDIATELY Email them & your EXPLANATION of what is wrong to JGerardCouture@JGerard.com…
We give you 7 days to send item(s) back to us for inspection. Once we have received the product we will inform you of the item status & indeed the product is damaged we will notify you immediately…Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return to us for inspection before receiving a reply.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Coast Time the same day you place it.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Jgerardcouture@jgerard.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide. From the time of shipment, the average shipping time is next day for local deliveries within California. Please allow 4-7 business days for the rest of the United States. International shipping times vary based on each countries rules and regulations. NOTE: All shipping times may vary due to the current Covid pandemic.
